We can arrange pick up upon request. Please email hello@sammygdesign.com with your order number.
Our prints are made to order. This means that when we recieve your order, we send it to print via our external partners to ensure the highest quality possible. This is also to eliminate exposure to harsh enviroments and limit damage.
Prints are generally sent out between 1 - 3 business days. Please email hello@sammygdesign if you need your print by a particular date.
Yes we do!
All international deliveries outside of New Zealand and Australia will be sent from Melbourne.
When dispatched, you should receive a tracking number with our courier partner Sendle. Please email us for any tracking issues.
Currently we are not providing framing options. Final prices are for the prints only.
