Shipping Policy

Delivery

When your order has been completed, we will send you a dispatch email. This email includes the freight provider’s name and your order tracking number. Please note, it may take 24 hours before your tracking details are available from the courier’s website and you can use the number to track your delivery.

We sometimes split larger orders into separate shipments due to their weight or dimensions. If this happens, you will still only receive one email and tracking number, this includes multiple consignments. 

We deliver via a tracked courier service - once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with a link to track the status of your order with our delivery partner.

Please keep in mind that orders can be held up due to busy sales periods, Public holidays or customs delays.

Any delivery date specified for delivery of the Product is an approximate date only; we are not liable for any delay, provided reasonable efforts are used to deliver the Product within a reasonable period of time. We use third parties to deliver the Product and their terms of delivery will apply. 

If you fail to take possession of the Product or fail to give adequate delivery instructions, we shall not be liable and it is entirely at your own risk. 

Deliveries during COVID-19

We are operating as usual during the current COVID-19 pandemic. Please note delivery times may vary due to post demand. Please allow additional time for your deliveries to arrive. 

Our delivery partners have made temporary changes to their delivery process to keep customers and delivery teams safe. Couriers will now be operating to the following process:

Couriers will knock on the door and deliver as usual. The courier will leave the parcel at the door or a safe place, customers then need to retrieve the parcel from their doorstep or safe place once the courier has left.

Change or Cancel your order

If your order is confirmed and its status displays as ‘Processing’ or ‘Complete’, we are unable to make changes to it.

Missing or Incomplete Order

If you order arrives incomplete or is taking lnoger than our standard delivery time frame please contact us and we can have a look in to it for you. 

Return & Exchange Policy

 

Product purchase is final and do not qualify for exchange or return. We aim to provide you with the most high quality artwork and understand that along the journey to you things can go wrong. For damaged prints please contact us at hello@sammygdesign.com
